Cancellation & 14-day withdrawal
Cancel future Bibbi Plus renewals or exercise a statutory withdrawal right for an eligible recent purchase.
Cancel Plus: stops the next renewal. Plus remains active until the end of the billing period you already paid for. No extra free month is added.
Withdraw: is the statutory consumer withdrawal mechanism. EU/EEA consumers generally have 14 days from conclusion of a distance contract, subject to the rules and exceptions for digital services/content.

Eligible recent purchases
If an order is within the standard 14-day window, you can send an unequivocal withdrawal statement here. Bibbi records the request and emails confirmation.
Other way to withdraw
You may also send an unequivocal withdrawal statement to legal@bibbi.io, identifying your account and purchase. Using this page is faster because it attaches the order automatically.
Consumer-rights note
The standard EU distance-contract withdrawal period is generally 14 days. For services started during that period, proportionate payment for what was supplied may apply where the legal requirements are met. For immediately supplied digital content, withdrawal rights may be affected only where the required prior express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation have been obtained. Mandatory national consumer rights remain unaffected.
