BIBBI APPVERSEBack to platform

Terms of Service

Effective and last updated: 21 August 2026

These Terms govern Bibbi Appverse, including accounts, user-created apps, Rooms, AI generation, Credits and Bibbi Plus. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable EU/EEA and national law always prevail over anything in these Terms.

1. Operator and contact

The service is operated by Bibbi Entertainment ApS, CVR 41806621, Denmark (“Bibbi”, “we”, “us”). Contact us through Contact or at legal@bibbi.io.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 15 years old to create an account. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You may not create or use accounts to evade restrictions, manipulate metrics, obtain duplicate promotional benefits, commit fraud or abuse platform resources.

3. What Bibbi provides

Bibbi lets users create, publish, discover, play, share and remix small interactive apps and use social features such as profiles, comments, follows, rankings and app-linked Rooms. Apps generally execute primarily on users’ devices while Bibbi provides shared platform services such as identity, discovery, storage, social state, billing and moderation.

AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, non-original or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing what you publish or rely on.

4. Your content and licence

You retain the rights you hold in your prompts, text, images, audio, app manifests, Room messages and other submissions (“User Content”). You grant Bibbi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, technically adapt, display, distribute and otherwise process User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, promote and improve the service.

For public and unlisted apps, this includes previews, sharing and permitted remixes. For invite-only apps and Rooms, this includes making content available to authorised participants. The licence ends when the relevant content is deleted except where retention is reasonably required for legal obligations, security, disputes, backups or lawful remixes already created.

You must have the necessary rights to submit User Content and must not upload confidential or personal information about others without an appropriate lawful basis.

5. Remixes

Where remixing is enabled, other users may create derivative platform apps with attribution. A remix must not falsely imply endorsement by the original creator. No creator revenue share or payout is promised unless Bibbi later introduces a separate programme with additional terms.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Bibbi to create, request, publish, distribute or facilitate illegal content, credible threats, exploitation, fraud, phishing, malware, unauthorised access, hate, harassment, sexual exploitation, terrorist content, severe graphic abuse, rights infringement, deceptive impersonation, privacy invasion, DRM/paywall/access-control circumvention, artificial engagement or ad interaction, automated abuse, or attempts to bypass quotas, moderation, Credit charging or sandbox restrictions.

The Community Guidelines form part of these Terms.

7. Apps, Rooms and messages

Rooms are social spaces tied to specific apps. The app may execute on each participant’s device, while Bibbi stores small amounts of shared state such as Room membership and messages so the conversation remains available across users and sessions. Users are responsible for their messages and may report content that violates law or these Terms.

8. AI services

Free generation may use low-cost, local or rules-based systems. Paid or advanced generation may use external AI providers chosen by Bibbi. We may route requests between models or providers to improve quality, reliability, safety or cost efficiency. The model/provider used for a generation may change without changing the user-facing feature, provided mandatory rights are respected.

When a paid generation has a displayed Credit cost, Bibbi is designed to deduct Credits only after a valid generation succeeds. A failed provider request or invalid result should not consume Credits.

9. Credits

Credits are closed-loop digital units usable only for eligible Bibbi features. They are not money, stored value, cryptocurrency or transferable property and have no cash-redemption value except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Purchased Credits are added after confirmed payment. Bibbi may reverse Credits connected to a refunded, charged-back, fraudulent or invalid payment. Promotional or free Credits may have separately disclosed expiry or usage restrictions. Purchased Credits do not expire merely because an account is temporarily inactive unless a later lawful policy clearly provides otherwise.

10. Bibbi Plus subscription

Bibbi Plus is a recurring digital-service subscription. The price, billing interval and material benefits are displayed before checkout. Unless otherwise stated, the subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid for. No additional free month is added. If you cancel shortly after a renewal, Plus normally remains active until the end of that newly paid period, subject to mandatory withdrawal/refund rights. Where available, you may reactivate before the end of the current period.

Credits already validly granted to your account are not automatically removed merely because Plus is cancelled. Future monthly Plus Credit grants stop when the subscription ends.

11. EU/EEA 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are an EU/EEA consumer entering into a distance contract, you generally have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions and rules for services and digital content.

Bibbi Plus. If you request that Plus starts immediately during the 14-day withdrawal period, Bibbi may begin supplying the service immediately. If you then withdraw within the statutory period, mandatory law may permit a proportionate charge for the part of the service already supplied where the legal conditions are met. Cancellation of future renewal is separate from exercising the statutory right of withdrawal.

Credit packs and paid generations. Unused purchased Credits remain eligible for a withdrawal request during the applicable statutory period. If you deliberately use paid Credits for immediately supplied digital generation, withdrawal/refund rights for the consumed digital supply may be affected only to the extent allowed by mandatory law and only where the required express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation have been obtained. If Bibbi has not obtained those legally required steps, your statutory rights are preserved.

You can exercise the right online at Withdraw from a purchase or by sending an unequivocal statement to legal@bibbi.io. We will confirm receipt on a durable medium such as email. Refunds and any proportionate deductions are handled in accordance with mandatory law.

12. Payments, taxes and refunds

Prices, currency and taxes are shown before purchase. Payment processing may be provided by a third-party payment processor. Bibbi does not need to receive your full payment-card number. Refunds required by law are returned using the legally required method, normally the original payment method unless otherwise agreed where permitted.

13. Advertising and creator earnings

Free access may include clearly identified Bibbi promotions, sponsored placements or advertising. Users must not artificially interact with ads or encourage others to do so.

No creator payout, revenue-share or cash-earning programme is promised unless Bibbi launches one separately. Rankings, plays, likes, followers or remixes do not create a right to payment.

14. Moderation and enforcement

We may use automated and human review. We may restrict visibility, remove content, suspend features, preserve evidence or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, prevent abuse, secure the service or comply with law. Where applicable law requires reasons, notice or appeal rights, we will provide them.

15. Intellectual-property complaints

Rights holders may submit notices through Contact. A notice should identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing material, the complainant’s contact details and sufficient information for us to assess the claim.

16. Privacy

Our processing of personal data, including account data, Room messages, payment metadata and AI-provider processing where enabled, is described in the Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to Bibbi, paid features and these Terms

Bibbi is an evolving service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we may introduce, modify, replace, reorganise, restrict or discontinue features, interfaces, ranking methods, app capabilities, AI models/providers, quotas, Credit pricing, advertising formats, moderation systems, security rules, supported devices, subscription benefits and other aspects of the service.

Valid reasons for changes may include product development, improving user experience, adding or removing functionality, technical evolution, security, abuse prevention, moderation, legal or regulatory requirements, third-party/provider changes, infrastructure capacity, service reliability, economics or cost structure, changes in market conditions, protecting Bibbi or users, or adapting to how the platform is actually used.

We may also update these Terms for those reasons, to clarify wording, reflect new features or business models, respond to legal developments or correct omissions. Non-material or user-beneficial changes may take effect when posted or on the stated effective date.

For material changes that adversely affect an ongoing paid digital service, we will provide clear information and, where required by applicable law, reasonable advance notice on a durable medium and any legally required right to terminate without charge. We will not use this clause to remove mandatory consumer rights, retroactively take away already-consumed lawful entitlements, or impose an additional charge for an existing ongoing service without the disclosures and choices required by law.

Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance only where that mechanism is permitted by applicable law. Where renewed express acceptance is legally required, we may require it before continued use of affected features.

18. Suspension, termination and account deletion

You may stop using Bibbi and may delete your account through Profile. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated breaches, fraud, security risks, legal requirements, non-payment or other serious platform-integrity reasons. Account deletion may make unused Credits and subscription access unavailable, but mandatory refund and withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

19. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or mandatory consumer remedies. Subject to that, Bibbi does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free AI output or suitability for a particular purpose and is not responsible for unlawful or unauthorised conduct of third parties.

For business users, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Bibbi’s aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to the greater of EUR 100 or the amount paid by that business user to Bibbi during the preceding 12 months.

20. Business-user indemnity

If you commercially use Bibbi or act on behalf of a business, you agree to compensate Bibbi for third-party claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful User Content, breach of these Terms or misuse of the service, except to the extent caused by Bibbi.

21. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Danish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection available under the law of their country of residence. Danish courts have jurisdiction except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Consumers may use applicable public consumer-dispute mechanisms.

22. General

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Bibbi may transfer the service and these Terms in connection with a reorganisation, financing, acquisition or sale, subject to applicable law.
